Customers can test the perfume using the attached sample of the original fragrance.
Customers have the right to exchange the product within seven days from the date of receiving the product.
Customers have the right to request a return within 3 days at most from the date of receiving the product.
If the product is damaged, we must be informed within 3 days of receiving the order.
The warranty is voided if essential oils from other brands are used, if water is mixed with the essential oil, or if the oil is poured into the device.
Returned or exchanged products must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
The Golden Warranty does not apply to store branches (only when ordered from the online store).
Return and Exchange Policy at Orchidea Golden
At Orchidea Golden, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction. Therefore, all purchases are eligible for return and exchange under the following conditions:
The product and its original packaging must be intact and unused. The company reserves the right to refuse to accept or compensate for any damaged products or products not in their original condition at the time of purchase.
The return period is three days from the date of receiving the product.
The exchange period is seven days from the date of receiving the product.
Once the shipping company receives the product from the customer, we will refund the product price if paid via electronic payment within 14 days.
The customer is entitled to request compensation or an exchange if the product arrives damaged due to the delivery process or if the wrong product is received, provided the objection is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products with scratches or those damaged due to misuse.
Devices cannot be exchanged or returned after use, nor can they be exchanged if the customer wishes to change the color after use.
Products purchased through the website cannot be returned in Orchidea Golden branches.
The return or exchange fee is 3 BHD.
